Does it cost anything?
No. The call and the quote that follows are free, with no obligation either way.
Is the time I pick locked in?
It’s a request. We’ll email to confirm it, or suggest the closest time that works if it’s already taken.
Zoom or Teams?
Whichever your company already uses. Pick one on the form and the invite comes through once your time is confirmed.
What should we have ready?
The spreadsheet or records you use now, open and ready to share on screen, in whatever state they’re in. A photo of a paper form or whiteboard works too.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever keeps the records up to date, and ideally someone who decides on spending. The decision-maker only needs the last fifteen minutes.
