Is it a real app, or just a website?
It’s a web app. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can pin it to the home screen so it opens like any other app. There’s nothing to install, nothing for IT to maintain, and every device is always on the latest version.
Do we have to change how we work?
No — that’s the point. We build around the way your team already does the job, using your own names for machines, stages and services.
Can it connect to our other systems?
Often, yes. Exporting to Excel is standard. Connecting to accounting software, an ERP such as SAP, or anything else depends on what that system allows — we check it with your IT team before we quote, and price it as its own piece of work so there are no surprises.
Where does our data live?
On Supabase, a secure cloud database platform, in its Sydney data centre — so it stays in Australia unless your proposal says otherwise. Each client’s app and data are kept separate, and you own both. The detail is in our privacy policy.
