How much it covers
Ten machines in one shed is a different job to three production lines across two sites.
Which parts you need
A single app is the core. Scheduling, analytics, inspections or extra apps that share data add to it.
Where you’re starting from
Messy spreadsheets are fine — that’s the job. Starting from scratch is fine too; it just means more time mapping the work first.
Where it has to run
Phones on the floor, office PCs, and whatever your IT team needs to see before they’ll allow it.

Why not a monthly subscription?
Because most shops this size don’t want to rent software forever. You pay for the build once and own the result. Ongoing support is there if you want it, not a condition of keeping the system.
Is a from-scratch app priced differently?
No — it’s quoted the same way, on scope, before any work starts. Starting without a spreadsheet can mean a little more time mapping the job, and that shows up in the quote rather than as a surprise later.
How do payments work?
A deposit once the proposal is signed, then milestone payments as set out in it. Development starts once the deposit is paid, and invoices are due within 14 days. The detail is in our terms of engagement.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars. If we’re registered for GST, it’s shown on your invoice; if we’re not, no GST is charged.
