From the spreadsheet you have to an app your floor uses.
Most of the work is ours. Here’s exactly what happens, roughly how long it takes, and what you’re left with at the end.
Four steps. Most of the work is ours.
A call to walk through it
Share your screen and show us how you track things now and what actually goes wrong. No pitch deck. If it turns out you don’t need this, we’ll tell you.
You send the spreadsheets
Asset register, breakdown log, service records, the lot. Handling the mess is the job, not a favour you have to do first.
We build it, you break it
You get it early and use it properly before anyone calls it finished. First contact with real daily use always finds things. That’s expected.
Three months of changes included
Adjustments during the settling-in period are part of the build, not extras. After that, changes are quoted per job or covered by a support plan.
Four things a spreadsheet can’t do.
A register that stays true
Every machine, its history, its run hours and its next service — updated when work happens, not when someone remembers to open the file.
Jobs raised from the floor
Thirty seconds on a phone beside the machine. No paper docket living in someone’s ute for a fortnight.
Downtime you can rank
Which three machines are eating your year, in hours and in dollars. It’s usually two or three, and usually not the ones people assume.
Scheduling that runs itself
Services generated from intervals or run hours, so nothing sits eleven months overdue because a cell was left blank.
What you actually walk away with.
The app itself, set up with your machines, your areas and your terminology already in it.
Your data, cleaned. Every row from the original spreadsheet, normalised and cross-checked. Anything we couldn’t resolve is flagged for you to confirm, never guessed.
Training and a short manual your team will actually read — plus three months of changes while it settles in.
The things people ask first.
Do we have to clean up our spreadsheets first?
No. Send them exactly as they are. Inconsistent dates, blank cells and duplicate entries are part of the job, and anything we can’t resolve is flagged for you to confirm rather than guessed.
What if we don’t have a spreadsheet at all?
Then we build it from scratch. Paper forms, a whiteboard or a clear description of the problem is enough to start. See custom apps.
What if our IT blocks outside software?
We raise it in the first conversation, not after delivery. Most networks only need a single domain allowed, and your IT team gets exactly what they need to approve it.
Does it work on a phone on the floor?
Yes. Job requests, service checklists and asset lookups are built to work on a phone or tablet beside the machine. You can try the demo on your phone right now.
What happens if something breaks after the three months?
If we built it wrong, fixing it is on us. New features or changes to how it works are quoted before any work starts.
